Shipping
We are not accepting product returns or exchanges if you don't have an address in Japan.
However, we do offer shipping to accommodation facilities or hotels within Japan.
Please be sure to specify Name of Facility or Hotel, Address and Room Number.
Some facilities or hotels cannot receive delivery or do have their instruction of receiving, please check with them beforehand.
Payment
Credit cards issued overseas are not available.
Your order will be automatically cancelled if you use the cards.
You will be charged after shipment.
Please note that when you use your card, sometimes the confirmation email will be sent from your credit card company.
Returns or Exchange
We do NOT accept returns and exchanges for international orders.
Products can be returned only in Japan.
