Shipping
We offer shipping to accommodation facilities or hotels within Japan for international customers. When placing an order, please provide the following information:
- Name of Facility or Hotel
- Complete Address
- Room Number
Important: Some facilities may have specific delivery instructions or restrictions. Please confirm with your accommodation beforehand to ensure smooth delivery.
Payment
Please note the following payment restrictions:
- Credit cards issued overseas are not accepted.
- Orders using international credit cards will be automatically cancelled.
- Charges will be processed after shipment.
- You may receive a confirmation email from your credit card company upon using your card.
Returns or Exchange
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- Product returns are only possible within Japan. For international customers without a Japanese address, we regret that we cannot process product returns or exchanges.
